3. You will now need to sit down with your mortgage broker and define which type of mortgage program will best fit your needs and goals.  The are several types of mortgages available.  You and your lender will be able to prioritize.
4. Next, you need to create a wish list.  Sit down, discover what type of home you would like, the location which you desire, special features you may be shopping for etc...
